Terbium Technologies Inc, a Buda, TX Based IT Solutions and Services Company has multiple opening for Lead Statistical Programmer.
Job Duties Includes
- Conduct daily meetings like stand up calls to discuss about the plan of action, study status, client follow up updates and so on.
- Perform performance review on quarterly, at mid-yearly and at yearly basis.
- According to the performance, levels will assist in the promotion and other studies review to enhance plan with good quality and with a good time management.
- Perform sas programming using various techniques such as sas base, sas macros, data manipulation and statistical procedures to generate Tlgs.
- Participate in designing, coding, testing, debugging and documenting sas programs and developed sas programs for data cleansing, validation, analysis and report generation.
- Work on proc lifetest, proc phreg, proc lifereg to produce results • Review protocol, annotated crf`s and statistical analysis plan for clinical trials.
- Work on complex sdtm domains in the study and involved in the generation of the tdm (trial design model domains) and any relrec domains.
- Ran pinnacle 21 to check the generated domain compliance with the sdtmig 3.2 and checked for any errors and warnings.
- Create cdisc sdtm domain specifications and data definition (define.xml) documents • Create and validate sdtm domains as per the spec and adtmig 3.2.
- Create various adam datasets following mapping specifications.
- Involve in mapping and converting the clinical trial raw data to sdtm standards.
- Work closely with data management teams in the process of generating edit check programming and quality listing outputs.
- Create reports in various other formats like pdf, html, rtf using ods statements and proc export.
